Muffles the sound of air being exhausted from an in-ground auto lift and other air-operated devices. It collects oil mist prior to it being discharged into the air. Once the oil mist is extracted and condensed into liquid, it gravitates into the sump so it can be periodically drained off. This muffler will satisfy an OSHA inspector aware of the no oil mist policy in exhausted air. Install with drain cock pointing down only.
