Since 1956, Robinair has been supplying air conditioning and refrigeration service
technicians with quality tools and equipment. What started as a small company making
specialized tools for repairing appliances is today the world's largest supplier or
refrigerant recovery and recycling equipment.

Because our industry knowledge and service expertise, we've branched into related areas.
Our line also includes innovative equipment for removing contamination from vehicle transmissions,
fuel/emissions systems and engine blocks, offering you a new source of revenue and your
customers a valuable service. We can also save you time on coolant service with our exchangers
and recyclers.

The primary reason we've continued to grow is our understanding of the challenging industry,
new system developments, what's happening with regulations as well as what's required by OEM's,

Tools that help you work faster and smarter

Our engineering group brings the latest technology to our designs - in recovery and recycling
alone they've been awarded more than 30 patents. They work closely with our sales force and
product managers to provide the features you want and need. Before any unit goes into
production, we test and refine every detail in our fully equipped laboratory. We even have
an environmental chamber to simulate the wide range of conditions you experience in the field.


Quality that's built in, from concept to packaging

Our manufacturing facility is impressive - about 180,000 square feet that's either all new or
recently renovated - but not as impressive
as the involvement of all our people in making
sure every piece is built right. There's a lot of experience and a strong sense of pride in the
fact that thousands of Robinair products are at work in shops and job sites around the world.

Quality assurance processes are fully integrated into manufacturing. We build quality into our
products from the beginning, rather than simply inspect it after the fact.

No other company in the A/C industry offers the breadth of product line available from Robinair
- or the after-sales support. A toll-free technical support line is staffed by technicians
specially trained to diagnose problems over the phone. If service is needed, we'll connect you with
our network of authorized service centers for fast repairs or replacement parts (in the U.S. and
Canada; in other locations, service is handled by your local distributor).
