Precision Instruments - Torque Wrenches, Micrometer Click![]()
A look inside the "M" Series reveals the secret to its exceptional life, accuracy and dependability.
Roller bearings on either side of the plunger guide the plunger inside the case with virtually no friction.
A release roller, inside of the pivot block, creates a smooth and consistent release even at low torque settings.
Lastly, the contoured plunger bottom maintains an even distribution of lubricant inside the tool.
Each roller is precision engineered and manufactured to create a gradually advancing rotation that
redistributes lubricant to each bearing point.
Facilities that do micrometer wrench calibration know how time-consuming and messy a full
calibration can be. The "M" line, however, makes calibration a breeze with a patented system
of external calibration mechanisms. On traditional wrenches, calibration for spring rate can
require the complete disassembly of the tool which exposes the calibration lab to grease,
debris and small components within the wrench. The "M" Line can be calibrated in every regard
using special calibration tools that are inserted into the end of the tool. a simple twist of these
tools tweak the calibration of the tool without mess nor time-consuming procedures;
this translates into lower calibration costs. master tester is necessary, and inquiry with your
Precision distributor about necessary calibration tools and procedures.Related Information: Wrenches - Index Page |
