Now you have a choice. A bender that delivers superior performance at a highly competitive price. We took our standard 1302 frame and equipped it with a simple knee valve and degree plate combination. We made it simple, rugged and affordable. What more could you ask for?

Double Ended Swager
Our Blue-Bullet is equipped with a double ended cylinder for both the clampless swager and segment expander. A single control handle operates the cylinder and is placed towards the middle so you can stand comfortably in one location and operate both sides.

Hands Free Bending
A knee operated valve gives you precise control and hands free bending capability with the convenience of trouble-free operation. Simply push the lever to the left to advance the bending die then to the right to retract it. Heavy-duty cast iron construction means the valve will stand up to years of heavy use.

Depth of Bend Plate
An easy to read degree plate located right up front gives you accurate depth-of-bend readings for bends up to 180 degrees. The oversized pointer takes the guesswork out and makes bending fast and efficient. The numbers are acid etched into the aluminum indicator plate - you don't have to worry about wiping them off with oils or harsh solvents.

Optional Card System
Our deluxe card system contains over 3,500 cards covering over 10,000 applications. The optional card system guides you step-by-step when fabricating the original equipment exhaust and tailpipes. Coverage includes domestic and light trucks as far back as 1965. Also included is our fully illustrated reference catalogs and rotation dial for standard or "mirror-image" bending. Annual updates are available.

Precision End Forming
All Bend-Pak benders are equipped with our exclusive Clampless Swager which puts out an incredible force of over 30,000 pounds for quick and precise end forming. The Clampless Swager provides rapid set-up time and a high degree of accuracy for both I.D. and O.D. expansion slip-fits, flares, ball-joints, reductions and manifold flanges. All tooling is quick release. Take a close look at the clamp assembly. What you don't see is a cumbersome, antiquated vise assembly to secure the tubing in the clamp area. What you do see is good old fashioned American ingenuity at it's finest. The narrow hinged collars simply drop into position and allow you to flare tubing ends as close as 3" from a bend. Don't worry about the clamps slipping either. The more pressure you put on the clamps the tighter they grip!
