Internal Segment Expander Our internal segment expander is just as unique as our Clampless Swager and can be used for both I.D. and O.D. expansion slip-fits, flares, ball-joints and manifold flanges. Our buttress canister has a single position setting for all I.D. expansions but can also be adjusted for special sizing requirements. A single arbor is used for all tubing size 1-1/2"-3".	Quick-Change Bending Dies Who has time to waste? Especially when you have a car in the air and others lined up. When we first came up with the idea of twist-lock tooling and quick-change bending dies others said it wouldn't work. Well it did, and it still does. In fact, it still does so well that others copied. Imitation really is the best form of flattery.
Program Data Control Our advanced programmable mini-computer which is safely enclosed within the front upright of the bender allows you to make virtually every original equipment exhaust system effortlessly. The Program Data Control Board controls all the bending functions, both automatic or manual and stores up to the 99 different bend depths.	Clampless Swager All Bend-Pak benders are equipped with our exclusive Clampless Swager which puts out an incredible force of over 30,000 pounds for quick and precise end forming. All tooling is quick release. The narrow hinged collars simply drop into position and allow you to flare tubing ends as close as 3" from a bend. Don't worry about the clamps slipping either. The more pressure you put on the clamps the tighter they grip.
Quality Engineering We've selected the finest components available to provide you with continuous trouble-free service. The 5 HP Baldor electric "energy-efficient" motor is American made and was selected for it's high-torque and power performance. Other features include a filtered hydraulic system, 1/2" high pressure hydraulic lines, a single cylinder gate proportioning system and rigid 6" x 6" frame.	Three Button Control An automatic control board which is safely enclosed within the front upright of the bender is located up front for operator convenience. The Green button is used for full automatic bending functions, the Blue button for initiating an automatic return sequence and the Red button for automatic stop. The depth-of-bend plate is equipped with an adjustable slide pointer that can be preset to stop at any desired bend depth.
