    A canister type oil filter keeps the oil contamination free.
  26. Single Enclosed Bottom Cylinder
    This single bottom cylinder applies pressure evenly to the back gates and because it is hidden, does not interfere with the tubing.
  27. Oil Sight Gauges
    Allows visual inspection of oil levels.
  28. Over Size Hose
    We purposely use 1/2" high pressure hose for better speed and cooling characteristics.
  29. Open Sided Swager Box
    Means easier access and less chance of "crashing" tools and damage to the cylinder.


Perfect End Forming

With Bend-Paks exclusive "Clampless Swager" and internal expander, you can easily perform all of these end finishing operations. Reducing, internal swaging, flares, flat flares, ball joints, male ball joints, female sockets, double donut type flares and more. All tooling is quick release.

Optional Card System

Our deluxe card system contains over 3,500 cards covering over 10,000 applications. The card system guides you step-by-step when fabricating the original equipment exhaust and tailpipes. Coverage includes domestic and light trucks as far back as 1965. Included is a fully illustrated reference catalog and rotation dial for standard or "mirror-image" bending. Annual updates are available.


Optional 180 Degree Bending Dies

You'll get perfect deep bends on a 5" radius without the pipe sticking or hanging up. That's because we use an exclusive relief cut design on our bending dies that helps maintain the pipes uniformity throughout the bend cycle and eliminates excessive "crimping" or deformation.

3" Bending Capacity

We've purposely built 3" bending capacity into every Bend-Pak bender so that you can order three inch dies when you need them. No other manufacturer uses this exclusive step-cut process for the die rails that actually helps contain the larger size tubing better and gives you a more uniform bend.
