Five Year Limited WarrantyOur Commitment to Quality
Bend-Pak warrants the structural components to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for a period of five years. Bend-Pak warrants the electrical wiring, motor
and hydraulic components to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a
period of two years. Bend-Pak warrants all tooling and related accessories to be free
from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Bend-Pak, Inc.
shall repair or replace at their option for this period those parts returned to the
factory freight prepaid which prove upon inspection to be a defective. Bend-Pak
will pay labor costs for the first 12 months only for parts returned as previously
