We call this machine our Flagship. We took our 1502 frame and equipped it with our dual unit expander and three button control. A blend of true grit and pure bread performance. So you think the bender you've been using for the past ten years is just ad good as our 1502-BAS? Sure it is.

Dual End Swager
Our 1502 models are equipped with an independent clampless swager and segment expander which allows you to set up different jobs for each side simultaneously. Individual control handles located in the center of the machine allow you to operate both sides comfortably in any position.

Safer Operator Controls
An independent remote foot switch allows you, to perform manual bending operations standing in front of the bending head or up to 4-feet away. Having the convenience of remote operation is an added plus when handling larger tubing. Switches are industrial grade quality and covered for your protection.

Three Button Control
An automatic control board which is safely enclosed within the front upright of the bender is located up front for operator convenience. The green button is used for full automatic bending functions, the blue button for initiating an automatic return sequence and the red button for automatic stop. The depth-of-bend plate is equipped with an adjustable slide pointer that can be preset to stop at any desired bend depth.
